Renter Qualifications

Kedemoth Realty is looking for great tenants that meet some basic qualifications.

• Applicants must have a verifiable monthly gross income at least three times the monthly rent
   
• Applicants must be able to provide employment and rental history references
   
• The security deposit equal to one month's rent plus the first month's rent are due before move-in
   
• All adults 18 and older will be required to submit an application and sign the lease
  An exception is given to adults under 25 who live with their parents
   
• If applicant is interested in pursuing occupancy after meeting the basic rental criteria and viewing the property, a credit and background check is required. A $30.00 non-refundable application fee is required for each applicant to cover this cost.
