• Give us a call, text, or email with any questions about the property, the rent, or the application process
   
• Take a drive by the property to get a feel for the neighborhood and location.
  * Please respect the privacy of the current tenants and do not go up to the house
   
• Complete the Tenant Prescreening form to request a showing. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please give us a call. We'll be happy to reschedule!
   
• Complete and submit the Rental Application
   
• Pay application fee for background and credit check
